What to Expect
So what to expect with hypnosis I am first of all it's not like what you see on TV. We're not going to choose somebody from an audience and go 321 you're under a new con count that isn't real hypnosis. That's just something for entertainment purposes and the person has to be very suggestible. So what will actually happen is, I will take you to a deep place of relaxation, which is a hypnotic trance, but you will be aware of everything. You will remember everything when you come back into the room space unless I'd advised you otherwise, but I would only advise you otherwise if we'd pre-arranged it and it was dealing with a massive trauma that you couldn't.
I accept all at once, but that's very, very rare so you're likely to remember everything and that's fine so I take you and put you into a deep state of relaxation which is a hypnotic trance but you'll be sitting just relaxed and leaning back in a chair very comfortable and calm and we'll work through what we need to work through. The whole hypnosis session maybe we'll take 30 minutes-ish. A lot of the appointment will be taken up in the pre-chat where we see what we need to address and how you getting on we'll be a little bit of after- chat as well so the average session can be between an hour to an hour and a half.
